A BIT ABOUT ME :)
Software Engineer
Hi! I'm Patricia, a recent UC Berkeley computer science grad with experience in backend and fullstack development.
I've spent two summers interning with Amazon and have experience as a fullstack developer for Sotira, a fintech startup. Currently, I'm a fulltime SDE with Amazon's Alexa Shopping team.
To me, computer science is a way to come with solutions to issues that are prevalent in our communities,
whether big or small. The thing that draws me most to computer science, is that I can be part of
every step of the creative process -- starting from the ideation to the designing, programming, and eventually, the testing. At times, it's frustrating but ultimately, it's always worth the struggle!
While I enjoy coding, I also have other hobbies like art, skating, sports, music, and going on hikes/food runs with friends!
